Jennifer Caballero and Craig Taddonio tied the knot at an majestic castle on Long Island, New York with an epic black-tie wedding. R&R was invited to design not only a Save The Date for the wedding event, but a monogram for the couple themselves. The style of the design was classical luxury, incorporating flourish elements and rigorous symmetry. Two fluid strokes forming a "J" (for Jennifer) and a "C" (for Craig) are anchored by a serif "T" (for the family name Taddonio). The emblem was applied to various elements of the wedding, making it a very present and memorable feature of the day. The Save The Date combined the mild grit of Strathmore warm white card stock with the satiny texture of Plike black to set the tone for their monochromatic theme. The blind letterpressed flourishes and custom designed foil stamped monogram added a touch of royal elegance. Guest were convinced this was the formal invitation, and the wedding itself definitely lived up to the hype! The wedding was featured in the Fall 2013 issue of Inside Weddings. Photos by Brett Matthews Photography
